The average delivery time for most destinations is up to 5 working days. While delays are uncommon, on occasion there can be delays of up to 7 working days. In this instance we assist our customers and contact with TNT courier for details on the delay.
Our products are made in European Union, so no duty applies to goods shipped within the European Union. Outside the EU and USA any duty and customs costs appropriate to your country are your responsibility. Goods can also be held up by customs and there is nothing we can do about this. Please note this may involve a delay in the delivery of your item. For information on import charges please contact your local customs office.

Each package is carefully controlled before delivery and carefully compared to list on the checkout. Still mistake can happen, so in this cases follow the instructions.
We accept returns for the exchange of faulty items or items that has been sent by our mistake. In this case we will cover all shipping costs.
In case of exchange request the buyer can request other product from our store. Therefore the buyer should fulfill the form for return/reclamation which can be found here.
When the form is fulfilled, he attaches it to the goods. Returned goods must be unworn, unused, undamaged, quantitatively unchanged and in the original packaging. It is also obligatory to add a copy of the original bill to the return. After that the buyer must return the goods to the company within 15 days after the written notification on the following address: Prometnica d.o.o. Zbilje 62c, SI-1215 Medvode, Slovenia. The buyer covers the costs of return of goods.
All exchanges are subject to availability of the replacement item.
In case of change of mind purchases we can exchange the product with another form our store according to the return/reclamation form. In this case all shipping costs are for customer’s obligation.
We do not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges unless otherwise agreed upon.
We must receive the returned merchandise and recover re-shipping costs plus any further moneys before shipping replacement goods or issuing store credit.
Customers who have read the above guidelines and wish to proceed with a return must immediately contact us at e-mail stated on our website on the same day the order is delivered. Please also indicate any desired replacement items as soon as possible or indicate you wish to receive store credit. If you believe you have received faulty items please also include clear photographs in your email.
We will contact you with our reply within the next working day at which time we will supply you with our return address and all instructions we require for the re-shipping.
